Timothy Wheeler house has been a home for seniors since its founding in 1887 by a group of local residents, using the generous gift of Martha Hunt
It is located in a historic house in downtown Concord, within walking distance of shops, the library, the post office and churches.Timothy Wheeler House offers seniors an independent lifestyle in a safe, pleasant and comfortable setting.
There are seven spacious bedrooms, each with a private bath. Three excellent meals are served daily in the gracious dining room. Two common rooms, a screened porch, as well as a lovely garden, offer ample space for relaxing with other residents, relatives, and friends.
There is 24-hour staff coverage, and housekeeping and laundry services are provided weekly.

Timothy Wheeler House is an independent living facility, designed for seniors who are able, both physically and mentally, to care for themselves while enjoying the companionship of other seniors and the security of round-the-clock staffing. No medical or rehabilitative services are offered.

Application for Admission -- $100 non-refundable Once admitted, a $3,000 non-refundable Admission Fee is required. Monthly rental fee -- $2,000, payable by the first day of each month. |
